Quality inspection method of double-sided tape products
1. Check whether there are cracks on the double-sided tape:
When cutting the double-sided tape, if the trimming tool is not adjusted properly or the blade is not sharp enough, cracks will appear on the surface of the double-sided tape or the backing paper, and the fibers drawn from the cracks will be adhesive stick to.
The occurrence of cracks may be continuous or random. They may appear on one or both sides of the double-sided tape roll. Therefore, before processing on the double-sided tape, be sure to carefully observe whether there are small cracks on the bottom paper and the top paper.
Then, take out a sample paper that has been checked above, peel it from the bottom paper, and then check again whether there are cracks on the bottom paper and the bottom paper, because these cracks are sometimes very small, just remove the bottom paper Just separate. You can only find it after mixing paper towels.
2. Check whether there are burrs on the double-sided tape:
Rolled double-sided tape has bright edges and no damage, which is the basis for ensuring the quality of the double-sided tape. Therefore, before processing, you must carefully check whether there are burrs on the cut edges of the double-sided tape roll, whether it is damaged due to improper storage and transportation, and roll down the double-sided tape 4-5 times and check carefully. Cut profits.
According to the method we mentioned above to check the appearance of double-sided tape, today let us add some knowledge about this.
3. Check whether the edge of the double-sided tape is stuck and whether the bottom paper lacks silicon:
The application of the double-sided tape with the edges stuck or a part of the leaking paper silicone oil at the bottom will cause the thin paper to break during the waste paper discharge, and normal production will not be possible.
Therefore, before processing, please take a piece of adhesive material about 1 meter long and peel it off by hand to see if there is any part on the edge or other parts that cannot be peeled off smoothly. Usually, the edge bonding of the face paper and the bottom paper occurs on the slit roll of the entire coated self-adhesive material roll, and usually only occurs on the outer layer of 7 meters to 10 meters. Therefore, if the slit roll of the double-sided tape is There is adhesion on the edges, please do not immediately assert that the entire paper roll has this problem.
In addition, it should be noted that the force used to peel off light-weight facial paper is greater than that of heavy-duty facial paper. The lighter the tissue paper, the tighter the hand feels when peeled off. Therefore, sometimes when the double-sided tape selected by the customer is punched according to the shape required by the customer, it cannot be completed at the usual processing speed.
4. Check whether the cut end of the roll of double-sided tape is straight and whether the rewinding tightness is consistent:
If the cut uneven end surface of the double-sided tape of the roll will not only affect the registration during the processing but also make it difficult to discharge the waste due to the change of the die-cutting position. Inconsistent elasticity during rewinding will cause changes in paper force during printing, and uneven tension will also cause print quality problems.
