CROWN Optically Clear Adhesive (OCA) is a premium pressure sensitive adhesive film designed for optical bonding and lamination applications in touch screens, cover lenses, display panels, and optical modules where high transparency and color neutrality are critical. OCA features extremely low haze (<0.5%) and excellent light transmittance across the visible spectrum, with a refractive index of approximately 1.48 closely matched to glass to minimize optical distortion. The adhesive offers superior UV stability and maintains optical clarity under prolonged exposure to sunlight and high-temperature conditions, making it ideal for outdoor and automotive display applications. CROWN OCA enables bubble-free lamination with excellent workability during assembly and provides reliable moisture and temperature resistance (operating range: -30C to 85C) for long-term durability. Available thickness ranges from 25um to 350um in roll and sheet formats with custom sizes.
