CROWN optical-grade functional film protection materials are high-hardness surface protection films specifically engineered to safeguard sensitive optical components including camera lenses, touch panels, display modules, and cover glasses from scratches, dust contamination, and impact damage during manufacturing, handling, transportation, and end-use. These protection films feature an ultra-hard surface coating achieving pencil hardness 9H to resist scratching from metal, glass, and abrasive contact. The optical-grade PET substrate provides excellent transparency with light transmittance exceeding 91% to maintain original image quality and brightness. Additional surface treatments include anti-static coating to prevent dust attraction during application, anti-contamination treatment for easy clean removal, and fingerprint-resistant properties. Available thickness ranges from 50um to 500um with factory pre-cut formats for direct use in assembly processes.
