CROWN electronic die-cut adhesive materials are pre-cut precision parts manufactured to exact specifications using high-speed rotary and flatbed die-cutting equipment, eliminating the need for on-site trimming and significantly improving production efficiency in high-volume electronics assembly. Our die-cut portfolio includes gaskets and seals for waterproofing smartphone and wearable device enclosures, shock-absorbing pads for drop protection in tablets and laptops, thermal interface materials for heat dissipation bonding, and FPC/PCB mounting pads with precisely controlled thickness tolerances as tight as +/-0.05mm. Materials available include PET film, PE foam, acrylic foam, silicone gel, and conductive adhesive with or without transfer liner.
