Optical-grade AB Differential Tape
CROWN optical-grade AB differential tape features a unique A/B differential adhesion design with different tack levels on each side of the tape, enabling clean, controlled separation and precise repositioning of optical components during module assembly processes. The low-tack side allows clean removal from sensitive optical surfaces without leaving adhesive residue or causing contamination, while the high-tack side provides reliable permanent bonding after final positioning. Precise thickness tolerance of +/-5um ensures consistent spacing and optical performance in camera modules, fingerprint sensors, and display backlight lamination assemblies. The tape demonstrates excellent durability under accelerated aging conditions (85C / 85% RH for 500+ hours) without delamination or optical degradation. Widely used in smartphone camera modules, under-display fingerprint sensors, and LCD/OLED display modules.
